Goal: get 2 bears above the candy string within 30 moves!

Tips: in this level, you need to process the initial 3 bottles to start. Then remove much of the middle row blocks to get to the 3-row block on top where you will need to process 4 bottles to raise the bears. And yes, also need to remove much of those top blocks so there is nothing blocking the bears to rise up. Good luck.
