Tips: this level has gotten a bit harder as there are 20 bears (gasp!) to find here within 20 moves. Here, you really have to use lots of special candies and special candy combinations, especial color bomb combos to get rid of the 2-hit cupcake. They are basically to be cleared entirely to get all those bears. Like Candy Crush, fishes used need to be matched with a special candy. They can also be paired with each other. Try to clear the center columns first as once there is a bit of a clearance, a bit of a cascading effect happens and you need all the help you can get to get past this level. Good luck.
