Tips: try to get to the bottom rows as fast as you can as the bears are hidden in the multi-hit honey blocks. If you can make a color bomb and match it with a wrapped (or at least a stripe) candy in the color of lowest licorice-locked candy that would a good way to start here. Otherwise, this one tedious, tough level. Lots of horizontal stripe candies and/or matched with fishes, color bombs and coloring candies matched with a special candies is the way to go. Good luck.
