Tips: this is the first level I've seen this dark blue-colored round candy.
I'm not sure of the significance of it yet. While not all blocks need to be destroyed to find all the bears, you do need to make lots of special candies and combos to decimate them faster. Otherwise, it will be harder to get rid of them once you're running out of moves. Good luck.
