Tips: there are 4 soda bottle dispensers in the bottom row. Basically, you need to remove the licorice lock in at least one of them so it can dispense the bottles. The hard part is that there are rows honey blocks, then a row of licorice swirls before you can get to the dispensers. And the fishes don't help with the eating of the licorice locks. Only when bottles are dispensed, that's when they eat the bottles. So do lots of special candy combos, especially stripe + wrapped candy combos to break down the honey blocks and the licorice swirls.
