Tips: there is only one bear to pull to the top of the candy string here. While popping the bottles to raise the soda hit on the honey and the licorice swirls to clear the path for the bear to move up. Once the candy string is on sight, make move on the candy string side to clear the honey and licorice swirls as well. No need to pop all the soda. You just need the soda to raise at least a row above the candy string so that the bear can get past the string. Good luck.
