Tips: you can bring the bear in two ways in this level: 1) by shooting a vertical stripe candy in the middle of the 1-hit honey blocks so the bear can pass thru, or 2) by clearing the licorice swirls, removing the honey blocks and moving the bear to the side. Once the passes the initial screen, pull it up the string the usual way. Good luck.
